Minnesota native Scot Storm has been selected as artist for the 2017-18 South Carolina State Duck Stamp and Print, a program of the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources. The program, now in its 37th year, is administered by the S. C. Department of Natural Resources. As specified by state law, funds derived from the sale of stamps, art prints and related artwork are used for waterfowl propagation projects directly providing waterfowl for the Atlantic Flyway.
