The 2012 South Carolina Duck Stamp print features Jim Killen’s painting of a pair of Green-Winged Teal and a Golden Retriever with an Orangeburg hunting scene. The 2012-13 print is the sixth in a series commissioned by the S.C. Migratory Waterfowl Committee from nationally acclaimed wildlife artist Jim Killen, already an eight time artist for the state’s Migratory Waterfowl Duck Stamp and Print Program.

This offering is the 32nd anniversary edition of the South Carolina Duck stamp & print series.
